We are striving for revitalization. Help us understand growth by filling out this Survey.
Our Need
The church needs to define the current church culture in order to establish a
new church culture that is biblical, missional and reproducible.
Our Goal Statement
The church will establish a new church culture that that is biblical, currently
relative to entire congregation and measurable for maturing and
reproducible disciples of Christ.
Strategy (action plans) for reaching the goal
Handing out a voluntary proper assessment by creating a congregational survey will help evaluate the spiritual health of Ministries and of Members.
