Date: July 12-14, 2024
(option to leave on Saturday night or Sunday)
Partnership: Harmony Baptist Church
Location: 8300 Wharton Ave. Lamont, CA 93241
Lodging: 1-2 Nights in Hotel
Cost: Full payment $350 is due by July 12th (per adult for meals + portion of project expenses; 16 yrs or younger are frees)
Travel: Carpooling (if you need to leave early, please include this in our planning)
Team Members: People of all ages may serve on this team after filling out the Team Application Form and Covenant (minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and recommended by their Pastor)

- 11:30ish am Arrive at Harmon Baptist Church in Lamont, CA & Unload
- 12:00 pm Lunch
- 2:00 pm Divide into Teams for Prep and Canvassing
- 5:30 pm Depart for the Hotel
- 7:00 pm Supper @ Cracker Barrel

- 7:30 am Depart from Hotel to Harmony Baptist Church
- 8:00 am Breakfast with Team Devotion & Prayer Time
- 9:30 am Final Preps
- 10:00 am Projects (Food & Clothing Distribution and Screening Clinic)
- 12:00 pm Lunch
- 1:00 pm Projects (Food & Clothing Distribution and Screening Clinic)
- 4:30 pm Kids Sports Camp & Bible Studies
- 6:30 pm Worship & Gospel Presentation w/ Supper & Block Party
- 8:00 pm Clean-Up
- 8:30 pm Head back to the Hotel or Home

FAQ’s
What Projects Will We Do?
- Serve as a volunteer for a Kids 1-Day VBS Sports Camp (includes signing kids up for registration, leading games or crafts, teaching Bible stories and serving snacks)
- Help lead in Worship during our Team Devotions and other areas
- Be a Prayer Team Member who prays during certain activities
- Help Distribute Food Bags to families and people in need
- (If you are a nurse, PA or doctor) Volunteer at our Diabetes & Blood Pressure Screening Clinic
- Greet people with the gospel & help translate in Spanish
- Help Distribute Kids Clothes or School supplies in our Backpack Distribution
- Serve on our Kitchen crew
- Be a Runner for errands and helps wherever is needed
- Give support to the Harmony Baptist Church Facility AC Window Units
What Should I Wear?
- It will be hot, dress appropriately and modest for Friday afternoon, Full-day Saturday & Sunday
Can I Stay In My Own Hotel Room?
- We plan for double occupancy, but if you wish to have a single room, we can adjust your trip expense to allow for that
How Will I Pay For My Trip?
- Pay the total of $350.00
- Write support letters (a requirement for every team member even if you pay yourself to include others)
- Church Fundraisers
