Friday, July 12, 2024

• 8:00 am   Depart from SoCAL
• 11:30ish am   Arrive at Harmon Baptist Church in Lamont, CA & Unload
• 12:00 pm  Lunch
• 2:00 pm  Divide into Teams for Prep and Canvassing
• 5:30 pm  Depart for the Hotel
• 7:00 pm  Supper @ Cracker Barrel

Saturday, July 13, 2024

• 7:30 am   Depart from Hotel to Harmony Baptist Church
• 8:00 am  Breakfast with Team Devotion & Prayer Time
• 9:30 am  Final Preps
• 10:00 am  Projects (Food & Clothing Distribution and Screening Clinic)
• 12:00 pm  Lunch
• 1:00 pm  Projects (Food & Clothing Distribution and Screening Clinic)
• 4:30 pm  Kids Sports Camp & Bible Studies
• 6:30 pm  Worship & Gospel Presentation w/ Supper & Block Party
• 8:00 pm  Clean-Up
• 8:30 pm  Head back to the Hotel or Home

PRAY FOR OUR TEAM

• Pray for the team members health, preparation and finances.
• Pray for the partnering church of Harmony Baptist Church and its members.
• Pray for the people in our churches and families who help raise money and supplies to be shared on the trip
• Pray for those lost people whom God will bring to hear the gospel for the first time.
• Pray that all of our churches involved will see spiritual growth and direction as we do  missions together.

GIVE TO THE TEAM

• Every adult cost for the trip is $350.00. You can sponsor a "family member" to help with the cost.
• Help purchase supplies for a Child's Clothing Distribution (specific ages & sizes are requested).
• Help purchase supplies for a Child's Backpack Distribution (specific items are requested).
• Write a support card for a family or individual who is going on the trip.
